The above personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

• inclusion in the database for sending online commercial messages.

• The provider of the ECOMAIL.CZ, s.r.o., ID: 027 62 943, with registered office at Na Zderaz 1275/15, 120 00 Prague 2, represented by Ing. by Jakub Stupka, managing director, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 223183 (hereinafter referred to as "Provider" or "Ecomail.cz"),

Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU.

Consent to processing can be withdrawn at any time, for example by adjusting the privacy protection preferences in the footer of the website, by sending a letter, email or by clicking on a link in a commercial communication.

Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:

• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, this withdrawal will result in the termination of the sending of e-mail commercial messages, or at your own request, physical removal of personal data from the database of the e-mail tool
• request information from the Administrator on what kind of personal data it processes
• request access to your processed personal data from the Administrator and request a copy of it
• for automatically processed personal data on their portability
• have your processed personal data updated or corrected, or request restriction of their processing
• equest the company to delete your personal data, if it is not personal data that the Administrator is obliged or authorized to further process according to the relevant legal regulations
• for effective judicial protection if you believe that your rights under the Regulation have been violated as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation
• in case of doubt regarding compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact the Administrator or the Office for Personal Data Protection
