Fire Polished Faceted Glass Beads Round 14mm - Vacuum Coating

Vacuum coating - vacuum deposition of thin layers (vaporation) uses the fact that some substances can be evaporated under reduced pressure. Molecules of the evaporized substance (it is most often metal or metal oxide) move in a vacuum in a straight line, condense on the substrate and form thin layers. Vacuum coating is carried out in the vaporizing machine. After the glass beads have been perfectly washed and dried, they are straightened on plates (or sieves) and inserted into the vaporizing machine. After vaporation of the evaporating agent and removal from the vaporizing machine, are glass beads with coating fired in the firing furnace. This technology can be applied even more pure metals such as copper, nickel, chromium, silver, gold, and others.
